I think my Modmail is broken?

Hi Mod Support,

Recently I've been noticing that my orange shield has been lighting up, but when I click on Modmail, nothing new appears. After a week or so I clicked on unread and noticed all the messages were under that tab. I responded to them, but now they aren't appearing in the standard Modmail tab or the Mod Discussion tab in Modmail beta.

It's becoming hard to keep track of who was banned for what and if they are appealing the decision. Is anyone else having this error with Modmail? Are there any temporary workarounds I can use?
