How to get PCVR to look good?

I have a meta quest 3s and would like to do some PCVR games! Right now I'm currently using a USB-A to USB-C cable that came with my keyboard to connect my QUEST 3s to my PC.

Sometimes when I play games like Automobolista 2 (Racing game) it looks like the image gets really blurry? like when you watch a youtube video and it goes from hi res 1440p to low resolution 480p . Also objects in the distance look very pixilated.

Anyone know how to fix these issues? What settings I should use? Also would buying a different cable help with image quality?

I have a 3080 Super and a Ryzen 7 5800X 3D
