Budget decks recommendations?

I been away from the game for like a year an a half, and I don't think the decks I had at the time can really do much now, so i am trying to made some new ones with what I have. If anyone could point me at a list or something like that I appreciate it. I don't really know how to build decks on my own just to be clear, that is why I ask for help.
