I'm looking for a manga/manhwa I read a long time ago

About a brother being obsessively protective of his brother. (No romance thank god)

If I recall correctly the Obsessive Brother had black hair and the other brother was blonde with glasses and in a wheelchair. Both aged teens-college students.
