Update: SSD upgrade successful

Upgraded my MSI Claw 5 SSD to 2 TB. I cloned my SSD first using Macrorit software; it took almost 3 hours to complete. Then I opened the MSI Claw and swapped the SSD. Of course, I reapplied the thermal paste to the processor. All went well, and I am super happy. I am now ready for Spider-Man 2 and Monster Hunter: World.
