New Mexico lesbians?

I (30F) am a US expat from Texas living in Germany, I’ve been here for 6 years. Life in the US is getting kind of abstract. Like I really feel like I’ve left now that all this time has passed.

So sometimes I get wistful and think about what it’d be like if I moved back to the US. I’ve always had this image of myself as an old lady living in Taos. I spent a summer there and I just think it’s the most beautiful place on earth.

To be clear; I’m not seriously thinking about moving there. But I’m curious if there are any New Mexico lesbians here, or even someone living in Taos who could…. Idk tell me what it’s like. If it’s easy to find other queer people. Just kind of daydreaming about my dog, queer community and canyons. This vision of a crunchier version of myself who has a cactus garden and hikes regularly. Feel free to contribute to the daydream or give me a reality check.
