Face itchy?

So, I know for sure my partner is free of STIs and we always shower before we do things. This is my first time being in a same sex relationship with sexual intimacy and I always find that the sides of my face get itchy after i eat them out. It does not last long at all but it always happens. Ig im just wondering if this happens to other people?
