Profession for People who completed season 1

Hey everyone, My server is about to wrap up Season 1 next week. I've been playing as an Engineer and have reached HQ 29. I'm considering switching my profession to Warlord before the season ends because Warlord boosts squad strength. What do you think? Is it worth making the switch now? Thanks for your advice!
