Meal for two.

Hello! Thursday March 13th I’ll be in Vegas, I’m looking for a celebration dinner for two people, we are both straight men in relationship so romance and ambiance aren’t major factors, we would both love a tasting menu that includes steaks or has the ability to add on steaks, we aren’t looking for waygu but big steaks. Would love to keep it around $750 for the two of us before taxes, booze or tips. Any suggestions would be amazing, I’ve already looked at bazar meats, Guy Savoy, Partage, and Wolf+sparrow, all of those are slightly more fancy than what we are looking for.
