Project SEARCH Wishlist

I run a program at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital called Project SEARCH. It’s a job training and internship program for people with intellectual disabilities. Our interns are trained to work in different areas of the hospital for nine months. Once they graduate, we find them employment in the community where they receive competitive wages.
