Is anyone from NSCB college?

Ok let me say this I am asking this question for myself but instead my friend u/Automatic-Form-2084 recently created his account for this reason only and due to being a new account he can't post so here is the post. My GF recently got into this college for nursing and she's staying in hostel today she was supposed to call me but she talked to me for a very short time as she was surrounded by roommates later I suggested she go to the balcony but she told me her hostel has a PTS that says no one can go to the balcony or corridor before 3 months I don't know if she's telling the truth or not so l wanna know if someone who's from the college can confirm if this is the PTS or not? (Again this is not for me)
