Accepted to IU but not Hutton direct admit?

Did anyone else who has applied EA (Nov1) and been accepted to IU not receive a direct admit to Hutton if you qualified (w/ qualifying GPA + submitted test score)?

The website says HHC direct admission arrives with IU acceptance letter, but it didn’t.
