Citizenship Application Missing Information

My Citizenship Application is missing information. I was asked "In our records, we cannot confirm your time in Canada before you became a permanent resident (PR)."

Have you received this before? What would you submit back to Canada to prove your time in country? I obviously have plane tickets, Visitor Records, Photos, etc. Anything 'specific' they are looking for?
