Benjamin's ability

So.. Once Musse died, his ability was transferred to Benjamin, due to Benjamin's ability. I'm wondering if he now can use "secret window" of his own volition when the conditions are met, or if it's kinda like kurapika's dolphin. Where it only grants him one use of the ability, and once it is deactivated from the second prince, he loses the ability.
