4,000 kill count possible?

A discord server challenged their helldivers to get a kill count of 4,000 by the time the mission ends. By my count that’s 25 kills per person every minute. When I ran it with my buddies the best we could do was 3,000. Is it even possible due to how slowly the spawns happen? And is there a better faction than illuminate?
