What are your thoughts? negative HSV2 IgG blood test

Two years ago I had my first outbreak (blisters and sores all over my vulva) and it went away on its own in about 5 days so it couldn't be a swab. I took a picture and the doctor said it was herpes. I haven't had an outbreak since then

I just got an HSV2 IgG test and the results were negative (0.500)

I should have developed antibodies by now, right?

Note: At the same time I had impetigo on my face, weird.

I know it could be HSV1, should I get tested for it?
