HLC clinic - negative reviews/cases?

I’ve been tossing up between clinics/doctors for a while and HLC seems to be a winner for me, but I understand there are a number of surgeons working and you don’t know who you will get.

I’m interested to know of anyone who has used them and not been happy with the process/result?
