How to restore deleted items

So basically I had a small argument with my friend and I went on his account and i rolled all his primogems (about 50k) on standard banner, completely destroyed every single artifact and 5 star weapon he had.

He spent more than $1000 on his account and now I’m scared because he says he will go to the police, what is the method to restore items to his account without him knowing?
