Help with Save Data on EVERDRIVE GBA

Ok, so I’m obsessed with Pokemon Emerald Seaglass. It’s beautiful, and it’s given me fresh eyes for a game I spent hours in as a kid. However, playing on my analogue pocket via GBA core, I’m not able to use RTC features. I have an Everdrive GBA, and could use that for RTC, but no matter how hard I try, I can’t get my save to load up on it. I could always start fresh, but I really don’t want to lose all my progress just for a few features. Anyone experienced with migrating saves to EVERDRIVE who can help?
