Completed 1 year of consistenly working out
Hi guys, so I've been working out on and off for a long time (never made it past 2-3 months at Max most of the times) but last year in Feb i decided that I will consistently go to the gym 4-5 days a week and will pay attention to my diet and below are the results. Although I am not quite where I want to be but I am proud of myself for keeping the promise I made to myself 1 year ago. My age is 28, height is 5'10 and Weight is 75.5 currently and it was around 90 one year ago. I know where isn't much progress on the muscle gain part but I am going to focus on that next.
