TL;DR is should I take creatine?
Why
I am vegeterian, I take protien supplements given that I am unable to get the required amount from my regular meals (that too I only take when I actually do the workout). I have started home workouts from past 6 months or so. I do see gains, however recently I feel I've hit a saturation.
Why I am against and wanted to get all the details before I consider taking creatine:
I've seen that even red meat/fish cannot reach the amounts which the creatine supplement can provide. And I believe a simple logic that if we take something like this as a supplement which even a balanced diet can't provide, naturally something wrong might happen to the body. Also I've seen hairfall issues with few men who takes creatine.
