I need advice how to earn money

I live in a third world country my goal is to obtain $650 for 5months and I don't know how to do it, I'm having a hard time finding a job in my country I'm trying freelancing but it doesn't work on me or maybe I lack something, I'm good at speaking English and that's my skill any advice or ideas for me ?
