WHY ARE THE NEW TRANSFERS NOT IN CAREER MODES NEW UPDATE

So they just released the new Live Start Point update which starts you at February 11th. Somehow they have STILL failed to update all of the transfers from the January window. This is just pure laziness and shows how little they actually care for career mode. Not to mention the Champions league Playoff draws are completely wrong for some reason. What an absolute joke...
