Anyone else think that the players you scout should be based off the quality of youth scout rather than the country.

I have thought about this for a while, it doesn’t seem right that I’m paying $4M for a top level scout when he cant even find any decent prospects in Malaysia for example.

I wouldn’t even mind if they made the scouts more expensive to do this. I also think it would make it more fun being able to find players from anywhere to find world class prospects rather than just a few in a 6 month scouting expedition.

Anyone else agree?
