Why does Radagon attack you?

You burn the Erdtree and the long-imprisoned goddess Marika is finally freed from her imprisonment. She falls from the last rune shard, then switches form to Radagon… and attacks her would-be liberator. Why? Wouldn’t she be glad to be free?
