MEUC Application is rejecting my proof on income .pdf documents

Anyone else experiencing this? Who do I contact to find out what the problem is?

I am submitting my 2019 Federal Tax document as a .pdf. I get a confirmation email of successful submission from EDD and then 1/2 hour later I get a second email saying:

The EDD was unable to accept the documents you submitted with your Mixed Earner Unemployment Compensation (MEUC) application.

Log in to your MEUC account to submit new documents.

Submission DeadlineYou have until September 6 to submit new documents to prove your net income (after all taxes and deductions) from self-employment was at least $5000. The sooner you apply, the sooner you may qualify for the supplemental payment.

If You Do Not Submit New DocumentsIf you do not complete your MEUC application and submit the required documents that verify your net income from self-employment, you will not be eligible to receive the additional $100 per week in supplemental benefits. If you are determined not eligible, we will provide you a notice with your appeal rights.

SOLUTION:

This note is written a day later. Be careful with the documents you submit. Mine were not being accepted because there were spaces in the document title. Another Redditor emailed me and said he was having similar problems because there was color in the .pdf.

The EDD system is overloaded and, obviously, antiquated. Make sure your .pdfs are black and white, small in size with no spaces in the document title.
