Voltron decks vs plaguecrafter

How do voltron decks deal with "everyone sacrifices a creature" effects? There is plenty of protection against removal with equipment, auras, counters or spells that grant a creature hexproof and indestructible, which protects against most removal. However I don't know of many effects that protect against said effects. Counterspells are one possibility but only available in blue. Go wide strategies have plenty creatures to sacrifice so these effects are less powerful against them, but having expendable creatures isn't common for voltron decks. Lastly you could play [[Sigarda, Host of Herons]] to stop those effects. However I wonder why there are no protection spells like [[Gaea's Gift]] or auras/equipment that stop forced sacrifice effects.
