Searching for efficient card draw to refine a Sliver Overlord deck

After recently completing a Sliver Overlord deck and simulating a few test games, I found that I wasn't drawing cards as often as I had hoped, and as such was only finding win-cons on turn 7-8.

I am very happy with this deck overall, as it is really the first deck I have built to be "competitive" (in a local card shop commander night way), and I feel like this is really the only hang up. My thoughts were to scale back ramp in exchange for the draw. I'm not trying to build a cEDH deck, just a solid 8 with a theme I enjoy.
