What Attorney Firms for NIW?

Hi,

I have done EB2 evaluations with several law firms, I have received some negative responses saying I am not eligible, and some positive responses from other firms.

I have a dual Masters Degree in the US, with 2.5 years of experience in my field, and my STEM OPT/F1 expires in June. If I get the H1B this year I will keep working in the US after June, if not, I might work on my NIW case from outside of the US.

Could y'all give me some feedbacks/thoughts/experiences on the firms below? I am trying to decide the best option, and also I would prefer a firm that does money back in case of a negative response from USCIS.

- ColumboHurd - I had a free consultation and they look really good, with one mentor that has work for USCIS for over a decade, however they do not give attorney fees back if the USCIS doesn't approve, which is a big cons for me.

- D4U - I have a first $50 consultation scheduled, based on the website they give 100% money back after the 3rd application. I'm not sure what it means when they say '3rd application', and if I would have to pay fees again on potential 2nd/3rd application.

- Raju Law - I received an email saying I have 85% that my case is approved, and they do 100* money back guarantee, which is great, however, the first consultation is $300 so if I don't want to make an appointment unless I pick this firm.

If you have any other firms to suggest I'm open. Note that I got rejected from Ellis Porter, Chen & Associates, Kameli, and I haven't heard back from other firms like AshooriLaw. I also have an appointment with PathLaw but a month from now.
