So like ... is there any confirmation that Daima is connected to Super?

A real confirmation, not speculation...

Been seeing people for months argue about "Why is KibitoKai defused so early?", "Why didn't Vegeta use 3 in BoG?", why this and what about that.

Is there any official confirmation that Daima directly leads into the events of Battle of Gods or DBS? I understand they happen after Buu and Daima is after Buu, but in the case of GT where Beerus didn't even exist as an idea yet, BoG does not take place. So why is it expected to after Daima?

What is the issue with Daima just existing independently as its own world?
