Why are members of Congress so prone to falling?

It happened again Mitch McConnell fell again and now he has a ridiculous bandage on his head. Do other democracies have an issue with members of their government routinely falling? It is fucking embarrassing having memebers of Congress fall. Like it would be one thing if the members who fall are disabled but these are all abled bodied people falling and it makes no sense why they are allowed to serve if they can't walk without hurting themselves.
