Has anyone bought a practice without a broker by using dental practice matchmaker FB group?

Have been jerked around by dental brokers and ready to look for a practice on my own. Has anyone used practice matchmaker and found anything good? They don’t let brokers or DSO’s in, so in theory practices that aren’t available other places. True? Not true?
