DACA to PR (AOS Timeline)
Hey y’all, I just got my AOS application approved and thought I’d share the timeline.
- Married to US Citizen in August 2020
2023: - May 12th, 2023: Sent I-765, I-131, I-130, and I-485 in one package, filled in by myself with the help of some YouTube videos - May 16th: Forms received by USCIS - May 30th: I-485 under review - October 21st: I-765 approved - October 27th: Work document received + advance parole (My I-131 remains pending, but I assume that’s a clerical error) - November 19th: I-130 under review - November 20th: I-485 approved!!
Total time from USCIS receipt to approval: 188 days. I never received a notice regarding an interview waiver, but it appears they waived it all the same.
