How Do I Play Adventurer: Ser William Marshall

I am playing CK3 again after a while and am trying out the adventurer stuff. After learning about goated knight Ser William Marshall I tried doing an adventurer run (I also buffed him to make him more historically accurate) and kinda didn’t know what to do. Does anyone have good advice for some goals I could have for this run and strategies I could implement?
