Suggestions for recipes that use a lot of spices?

I have a huge collection of spices; there's everything from grains of paradise to gochugaru, Mexican oregano to Sichuan peppercorns, Spanish and Hungarian paprikas, and all the standard storecupboard spices, like ground ginger, garlic and onion powders, dried herbs, ground cinnamon, etc.

I want to start using them up, but many recipes only call for one or two things at a time. The only recipes I cook fairly regularly that consistently call for quite a few spices are Indian dishes. I would like suggestions for those; I want to start branching out, though, and cooking food from other cuisines that also have a lot of spices, because my Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and South East/ East Asian ingredients are getting especially neglected.

I don't mind how complex the recipes are, as I know that, generally speaking, a recipe with a lot of spices is likely complex and may require a lengthy cooking process. However, I would like suggestions for either spice mixes or quick sauces that are used regularly in a country's/region's cusine or main dishes/side dishes, if possible. I appreciate complex sauces like moles, but I don't have the time to invest in a day or multi-day project that only produces a sauce, and not a substantial meal.

Does anyone have any suggestions? All contributions are greatly appreciated.
