My team consistently plays terrible lately

How does Malachi Moore (95 overall with chem boost) look like he’s 85 speed? Terrible angles by anybody that I can’t user. My team is better than most I play, yet my guys can’t cover/ block/ get open/ pass rush. I feel like EA gifts my opponents 80% of the games
