Help with aggression/excessive barking towards people and other dogs.

Title says it all, I’ve just adopted her, she’s the cutest thing, her name is Bambi. I’m taking her on walks everyday and playing with her as much as I can. Crate training her while I’m at work and she does good with that. But when we are on our walk anyone who passes by she’ll bark so aggressively and try to even attack them. Help 😢
