ChatGPT “incognito” issue

So. This is an issue. Notice on the upper right corner, the dotted circle? This is not normal compared to the usual chat icon. It suggests incognito mode. I can’t seem to correct this. I’ve deleted and added the app. I’ve cleared cache. I’ve doublechecked my settings. The only thing that I haven’t done is contract customer service. Thought I’d try it here first. Anyone else having this issue?
