Does Deadshot Daiquiri reduce recoil in Black Ops 2/3?

Sources I’ve used have been conflicted on this. On the CoD Wiki, it states that it reduces weapon sway, hipfire crosshair and changes the Aim assist but doesn’t mention anything about a reduction on weapon recoil. In the website Call of Duty Maps however it says it does all of those but also does reduce the weapon recoil. Is it true that Deadshot Daiquari does reduce recoil? Because I must’ve been missing out on something more useful than I once thought
