Just ordered flowers and a note to be delivered to her for Valentine’s Day

We broke up 3 weeks ago, and I understand she needed to focus on healing herself and working on what she learned about herself in therapy. I understand her telling me we can still be friends. But I don’t feel the effort, yet she’s the only one I want to spend my Valentine’s Day with, even if she won’t spend it with me. I’ve stopped messaging her so that if she puts the effort in I’ll know, but if not then it doesn’t happen. She’ll get flowers with a note saying that “I know it’s uncertain times but she’s the only one I can think of to spend this time with and that I love her” idk what’ll happen Friday but I’ve done all I can now.
