how difficult is it to continue the scholarship

im exceptng 90%ile in jee mains i get in 50% waver in tution fees of btech CSE with this, will there be any trouble in claming or continuing the scholarship each year ? how much can be my total college expenditure for whole enginnering , including hostel and mess ? and is this college even worth joining if i have 90%ile above in mains as a general candidate ?
