Italiani's Ayala Bacolod
I love it when my food is slightly strong-seasoned. So take my review with a grain of salt; this is just my preference, and what do my taste buds tell? 1. Pesto Rigat: Delicious, but we know Italian foods are not as savoury as we make our food here in Bacolod. We love the slightly strong taste of seasonings and flavors. We finished this one! The pesto taste was perfect, but in my preference it lacks, or it's just me. 2. Quattro Carne: 4 Variants in One Pizza: Bacon (My Favourite), Pepperoni, Sausage (Good One Too), and I think the last one is salami, or kind of bacon too, but thinly sliced. Simple and Delicious too, not that strong, cheesy, savoury, and well seasoned as other pizzarias here in Bacolod; it's balanced. 3. Mango Panna Cotta*: A soy-like dessert with a mango coulis on top. I know it's not soy, but the taste of it's like Taho; the mango is very sweet! I recommend mixing it so it'll be balanced. 4. Basil Cucumber: My first time trying this one, so forgive me, haha. My honest expression was like, It tastes like grassy cold water, not that sweet! Haha 5. Elderflower Fizz—Not on the menu, my first time tasting it; it was in Italiani's SM Bacolod. Both branches have different tastes; it lacks something in the Ayala branch. I love the one that I've tasted in SM; I can't forget it, and I've been craving it. Unfortunately, this one didn't satisfy my craving.
I think for me it's better in SM Bacolod Branch than here in Ayala Bacolod.
