Feb Focus Day 5: Are you making progress toward any long-term goals? If not, what needs to change?
Weed calms me down, helps me sleep, but makes me a himbo. Needs to be a sometimes thing, but I’m using it to cope emotionally.

I’m also making progress I think towards a marathon this year, getting a little stronger every day. I think I need to focus on exercise for my feet, ankles and calves however.
