Totaled or ??

Insurance company contacted me but I was at work when they called so I didn’t answer. They left a message saying, “Calling to get you set up for an appraisal to begin this vehicle repairs.” The blue book value of the car in excellent condition is only 8k. The airbags did not deploy but I couldn’t drive due to the rear end being smashed in.
