November 19th PTR Patch Notes

Added dynamic spawning to the Citadel of Steel Bloom depending on the time of day
Added additional PVP options to the in-game menu
Updated some tooltip text
Fixed a bug related to election cycle timing and realm downtime
Fixed a bug causing the Pallas Cat mount to have an incorrect maximum health
Fixed a bug causing Tumok to become unresponsive when attempting to leash in certain situations
Fixed a bug causing the Node Tax Payment popup to open even after taxes have been paid
Fixed an exploit allowing storage items to become duped
Fixed a bug causing cargo storage to become invisible until relogin
Fixed a vendor gold exploit when attempting to sell duped items
Fixed a bug causing the Unstuck command to sometimes not work
Fixed some server crashes
