Trying to Pay

I just finished up my 10 day trial and am trying to pay, but when I hit the plan I want to use the next page loads to ask what payment type I want to use and clicking any of the 3 options just reloads the same payment options page... what is going on? When I first started the 10 day trial was able to click an option and it would show me a bitcoin wallet and how much to send to it, now I can not get to that page. Any advice?
