How can I dodge my CTO?

I’m currently living in Alberta Canada and I am considering leaving to Saskatchewan for a month and then attempt to come back to Alberta in the hopes that my CTO expires. My plan is to tell them I am moving to Montana, in the USA and when they call me and ask me to talk to psychs there I will pretend like I will, or even setup an appointment with them in Montana but not show up. Then go back to Alberta in a few months. Will the cops be after me if I come back to Alberta with this plan? Or will I be good
