KSR Anti-Interlander Agitation (Interlandia Timeline)
For those not in the boat, usually maps from the Interlandia project are posted on imaginarymaps, but since this one probably doesn't meet some of the requirements, I thought I'd post it here too.
Here's a brief description of this particular part of the project for those who don't know:
In 1932, German intellectuals and opposition, fleeing Nazism staged a coup in Russian Republic and founded Interlandia—a totalitarian state blending elements of socialism and market economics, governed through propaganda and strict control.
Meanwhile, after the fall of the Russian Empire and the defeat of the communists in the Civil War, the Khabarovsk Socialist Republic (KSR) emerged in the east as a bastion of revolution and the leader of the Comintern, a socialist bloc spreading communism across Asia.
During World War II, Interlandia played a decisive role in the destruction of the Third Reich, launching a surprise attack on Germany in 1942, while the KSR helped communists secure victories in China and Korea. Despite their shared socialist roots, the two regimes became ideological adversaries—Interlandia viewed the KSR as an occupier of its eastern territories, while the Comintern saw Interlandia as a corrupt deviation from true revolutionary ideals. Their mutual hostility led to constant diplomatic tensions, border disputes, and covert interference in each other’s affairs, shaping the balance of power in the region.
