How do i keep up with fitness
I need some advice or suggestions on how to work exercise into my daily life. I have my toddler all day from about 8am until i go to work, and then i work until midnight almost every night. Because of my schedule i havent had any time to go on my cardio walks and ive had to cancel my gym membership. However i am gaining wait and it makes me feel horrible. Its already hard enough to lose weight, i try to eat healthy as i can, but i am stuck at being a but overweight now since quitting the gym. What do i do?
