Buying First Home

We're looking to purchase our first home in SA- currently renting near Adelaide CBD. Any suggestions as to which suburbs we should look at?

My partner and I are hoping for a place down south, about 30-40 minutes away from the city. We'd like to find a place in a safe suburb with more land than house area, giving us some privacy from neighbours. We prefer a "greener" area as well so not coastal regions.

Our budget is about $600k-$850k. I know the range is quite large and we're probably underestimating the cost of housing nowadays as well, but we'd still like to see what options we have.
